The other day we connected with a wonderful lady who had been dealing with a pesky roof leak. Calling for help was a big step for her, as she found the idea of hiring a contractor a bit intimidating. We were able to visit with her and assess the situation while her son was on the phone guiding her through the process. Then, to ease her mind, we scheduled the work for a time when he could be in town to oversee the work. We are always happy to do what it takes for our customers to feel valued and comfortable.

"One of our valued customers reached out because they noticed a suspicious spot on their ceiling after a recent rainstorm - definitely looked like the tell-tale sign of a roof leak. We got up there, quickly diagnosed the trouble as an issue with the chimney flashing, we and nipped the problem in the bud. Now they've got a roof that's back to being watertight. We had an interesting challenge on our hands today! An insurance agent called us to help their customer who had hit a stonewall figuring out the type of roof tiles on their new house. Clearly, the details were buried deep, but hey, that's what we're here for. We swung into action and removed a few tiles to find the maker's mark and product number so that we could identify their brand and model. It's a great day for the homeowner now that they are eligible for a discount on their insurance premiums. Always a delight to help a homeowner solve their roofing dilemmas.

We had the unique opportunity to help out an overseas owner of two rental properties in downtown Austin. Juggling significantly different time zones, tenants, and the tight quarters of old Austin, we successfully replaced both roofs. Our team maintained clear communication despite distance, ensuring a smooth process from start to finish. And now, despite being thousands of miles away, the owner can rest easy knowing their investments are well-protected under brand new roofs.

The homeowner reached out to us concerned about possible hail damage. To help solve their problem, we conducted a thorough inspection. Sure enough, we found the signs of hail damage they were worried about. We guided the homeowner on opening an insurance claim and assured them we'll be right there when the adjustor pays a visit. Our team is ready to work close by the insurance company through every step of the claim process. We're all set to ensure everything runs smooth and easy, just like we like it!

We've just finished checking in with a homeowner who had concerns about potential hail damage to their roof. They reached out to us after some recent hailstorms, wary about the adverse effects it may have left on their roof. We were happy to tell them that we didn't find any hail damage during our detailed inspection. Of course, the roof showed some signs of general wear but there's no immediate need to consider a replacement. We were able to put their worries to rest. It's always rewarding to provide peace of mind, knowing that their home is safe and sound.

We just wrapped up a job where a rough bout of severe winds had whipped off some shingles from our customer's roof. They didn't panic, though, and managed to keep hold of the loose shingles. Good thing they did! We were able to quickly swing by and reattach them. Now, the customer can rest easy knowing their roof is back to its sturdy self, all thanks to a quick phone call and a little teamwork. Here's to weathering the storms together!

When our customer called us in to replace their roof, little did they know we'd find a roofing onion- layers upon layers of old roofing materials! Those layers were hiding heat and moisture, not to mention adding weight loads that the roof was never designed to bear. Naturally, we stripped off all the old stuff before laying down the beautiful new roofing. While it would have been easier to just install another layer, ensuring that our customer’s roof is safe and secure is always our first priority.

The homeowner flagged us down today after noticing their vent was not quite right. Once we took a closer look, it became clear that the vent had come detached from their hot water heater. We had the vent reattached and functioning properly in no time, and now the homeowner can rest easy knowing all is well.
